A week ago I contacted Oyama inquiring about a 2005 Toyota Crown which looked magnificent online. I contacted Dinal who made the process effortless to organise an inspection, test drive and for my mechanic to come look at it and all checked out. A week later the purchase was finalised and the car was ready to be picked up. He was flexible on pricing and very reasonable. If i had to be picky the only criticism i would give is the in house detailer left a lot of compound residue around the cracks of the car which I had to clean up over the weekend but definitely not enough to rid them of their 5 star service. I bought a car from them recently and am very happy with it so far. I live in NSW and was a bit hesitant to buy a car interstate. However, all went smoothly - the guys organised a permit for me to drive to Sydney and the car drove fine all the way. Once I got home it passed the blue slip no problem, so after buying the green slip I registered it at the local NSW Service Centre without any issues. The promised warranty came by email, so all good. Altogether very happy with the service. Not pushy to buy, but from all the cars that I've seen on two intense days of shopping their one looked best. They also gave me a good deal for my trade in, so really no complaints, highly recommended.

Professional, welcoming, excellent to work with, flexible and genuine are the words I would use after our recent experience of purchasing a direct Japanese import Hiace Van from these guys. It may be a smallish dealership away from the main road, however the quality of the vehicle for it’s age/klms was excellent, compared to the many we looked at over many dealerships and they had understated this condition and features. Would purchase through you guys again…….it was well worth the very long drive. Keep doing what you are doing Rimi and guys and you should do well.
